Bringing AI and people together.

Work is changing faster than at any time in a generation. Thevia helps organisations move forward with their people: getting teams ready, adopting AI with rules people trust and growing into a hybrid workforce, where people and AI agents work as one team. Training, coaching and consulting from a founder who has led AI adoption from the inside.

The way, not the hard way A tangled dotted line and a smooth line both lead from “where you are” to “together”. The smooth line passes two stops, People and AI. the hard way Where you are People AI Together

Why now

AI and people, not AI or people.

The moment

A new colleague has arrived.

AI no longer sits on the side. It drafts, analyses and, more and more, acts. For the first time, teams don't just use a technology: they work alongside it.

The challenge

Technology moves faster than people.

Buying tools is easy; changing how people work is not. Teams feel excitement and worry at once, and leaders are asked to move fast without a map.

The belief

Organisations move forward when their people do.

AI brings speed and scale. People bring judgement, creativity, relationships and care. The future belongs to teams that bring both together, so we always start with the people.

The future

People doing their most human work.

AI carries the routine; people do the work only people can do. Teams adapt with confidence, and leaders guide the change instead of chasing it.

What we do

Three steps into the future.

Get your people ready, adopt AI with rules people trust and grow into a hybrid workforce. Start wherever you are, with one focused engagement or several. Every engagement begins with a conversation.

01

People

Are our people ready? Teams that understand each other, talk openly about AI and see where their roles are going.

Team Synergy

“How do we work well together?”

How each person communicates, what motivates them and how stress shows up, and how the team can use that in everyday work. We also make room to talk openly about how the team feels about AI adoption. Based on the Process Communication Model®, delivered by a certified PCM trainer, with an individual profile for each participant.

How we work

A clear route, one step at a time.

  1. Step 01

    Understand

We start with your goals, your team and how you work today.

  2. Step 02

    Choose the route

We agree on the smallest set of changes that will make the biggest difference.

  3. Step 03

    Work alongside

We work alongside your leaders, train the people involved and adjust as we learn.

  4. Step 04

    Sustain & grow

We measure what changed and leave your team able to keep going without us.

What guides us

Principles for the journey.

People before tools

AI works when people trust it. We start with the team, not the technology.

Independent advice

Our advice isn't tied to any AI tool or vendor. We recommend what fits your organisation.

Responsible by default

Intellectual property, data protection and honesty about limits are part of every recommendation.

Progress you can measure

We agree up front on what success looks like, and we review progress against it together.

Our name

Say it thuh-VEE-uh

Two words, one direction.

Thevia joins the English “the” and the Italian “via”: the way.

That is our job. AI keeps changing, and so does the way we work with it; it is easy to get lost. We find the clearest route from where your organisation is to where it wants to be, and we make the journey feel light. Your people are the heroes of this story; we show the way.

Our goal: bringing AI and people together, stepping into the future.

Thevia (THEVIA S.R.L.) was founded in November 2024.
